This is the Your Print Cloud app. With it you can easily print email attachments.
To use simply open an attachment from the mail app or any other app that supports the Open In... feature and select "Send to YourPrintCloud"
You can also use the "Share" feature of your photos app to send an image from your camera roll.
Enter your credentials and tap the print button. After the upload is complete your document will be ready to print.
